It ships with a stainless steel 2-dose filter rated 18–21g, which is worth noting on its own: the Anna’s in-box filters top out at a 14–18g 2-dose basket, so this holder brings a larger basket with it rather than just removing the spouts.
Lelit separates its two home groups by model code, and the codes are the reliable signal: PLA570S is LELIT57, while PLA580S is the otherwise identical LELIT58 version. The two are not interchangeable, and the difference is the group the holder locks into — not something you can judge by eye.
