That model name is an IMS product code — series, cup count, height and hole pattern are all encoded in it. IMS basket codes, decoded explains how to read one, and lists every code covered here.
The Nanotech-coated version of IMS’s standard 54mm double basket. Same
geometry as the uncoated B62.52TH24E
— Ø62.5mm border, Ø54mm internal body, 24mm deep, ridgeless, 583 hexagonal holes,
Ø53mm tamper — with a non-stick quartz surface added.
IMS lists the two versions on a single capacity row (B62.52TH24E/NT), which
is the clearest possible statement that the coating changes nothing about dose:
14–17 g dark, 15.5–18 g medium, 17.5–20 g light for both.
So what does the coating buy you
Cleanliness, not extraction. The puck knocks out cleanly rather than leaving a
skin on the walls, and coffee oils do not polymerise onto the surface the way
they do on bare steel. On a Breville with a built-in grinder — where you are
often pulling several shots back to back without a proper clean-down — that is a
real convenience rather than a marginal one.
If you want the cheaper option and do not mind scrubbing, the uncoated E version
is otherwise the same basket.
Fitment
IMS names the B62 series as its 54mm Breville/Sage line, and each machine
below states a 54mm portafilter on its own manufacturer page. IMS’s testing
basis is published too, which is unusually transparent: “Dark (80/20 blend),
Medium (100% Arabica), Light (Ethiopia single origin).”
Other items confirmed to fit machines this one fits — useful if you're kitting out a single setup. The count is how many of those machines overlap; nothing here is a new fitment claim.

Specs verbatim: 'Border: Ø 62.5 mm', 'Body: Ø 54 mm Internal', 'Height: 24 mm', 'Tamper: Ø 53 mm', 'Ridge: Ridgeless', 'Coating: Nanotech', '583 holes in hexagonal pattern'. The page's Nanotech series comparison table lists the E and NT versions together — 'B62.52TH24E/NT 24 mm 14/17 gr 15.5/18 gr 17.5/20 gr' — i.e. identical capacities to the uncoated B62.52TH24E, the coating being a surface treatment rather than a geometry change. IMS states its testing basis verbatim: 'All tests made using: Dark (80/20 blend), Medium (100% Arabica), Light (Ethiopia single origin).'

Look for the BV200 series shower screens and our B62...' — IMS naming the B62 series as the 54mm Breville/Sage basket line.
