The Nanoquartz-coated E61 shower screen — Ø60mm border, 57mm body, 17mm external wall, 200 µm photo-etched membrane. Same fitment as the uncoated E61200IM; the difference is entirely the surface.
The E61 is the group this coating was made for
IMS makes the argument better than we could, on its ECM page:
“The E61 group head is an exposed, heavy brass component that gets very hot. Coffee oils can quickly bake onto the standard shower screen. The Nanotech (NT) quartz coating provides a non-stick barrier that prevents oils and grounds from adhering to the metal.”
That is the whole case. An E61 is a thermosyphon — brass held permanently at brew temperature by circulating water — so unlike a machine that cools down between sessions, the screen is never not hot. Baked-on oils are the characteristic E61 maintenance problem, and a hydrorepellent surface attacks it at the cause rather than asking you to scrub harder.
The trade is that the coating is a consumable in a way bare steel is not. IMS warns on its brand pages against daily aggressive chemical backflushing, which wears the quartz down; water backflushing and a wipe are the intended routine.
A dimension worth noting
IMS prints the body diameter as 57mm on this page and 56.5mm on the uncoated E61200IM page. Both figures are quoted here exactly as published rather than reconciled into one — the border diameter, which is what actually seats in the group, is 60mm on both.
Which machines are cross-referenced, and why not more
The same list as the uncoated version, and for the same reason: only machines whose own manufacturer page confirms an E61 group — four Rocket models and two ECM models.
IMS’s E61 brand list also names Lelit, but not which Lelit models, and Lelit’s own pages describe its home groups as LELIT58, L58E and LELIT57 rather than E61. Rather than guess, no Lelit machine is cross-referenced. Rocket’s saturated-group models are excluded on the same principle.
IMS’s caveat is worth reading before you buy: “The most common products of each manufacturer are compatible as indicated, but there may be models that use different components which may not always fit some models of home espresso machines.”
This is a group part — keyed by grouphead, not portafilter size. See groupheads explained and the E61 group.
Also fits the same machines
Other items confirmed to fit machines this one fits — useful if you're kitting out a single setup. The count is how many of those machines overlap; nothing here is a new fitment claim.

States verbatim: 'This model is designed specifically for E61 group heads and enhanced with our advanced Nanoquartz coating.' Specs verbatim: 'SKU: E61200NT', 'Body Diameter: 57 mm', 'Border Diameter: 60 mm', 'Wall Height: 17 mm (external)', 'Passage / Filtration: 200 µm'. Construction verbatim: 'made of a single filtering part in stainless steel obtained through a process of photo-etching: special micro perforations are made inside the thickness of the shower to obtain a filtering power of 200 μm.' Note the body diameter is printed as 57 mm here where the uncoated E61200IM page prints 56.5 mm; both are quoted as published rather than reconciled.

Coffee oils can quickly bake onto the standard shower screen. The Nanotech (NT) quartz coating provides a non-stick barrier that prevents oils and grounds from adhering to the metal, making daily cleaning significantly faster and keeping your espresso tasting fresh.'
- https://www.imsfiltri.com/shower-guide.html (archived) — Official IMS Shower Code Guide, read firsthand 2026-08-10 — the brand-to-prefix mapping that connects the E61 screen to machine brands, which IMS's shower product pages do not themselves carry. States verbatim that showers 'are classified according to compatibility with the brewing group', and lists for the E61 prefix: 'Faema, SANREMO, Kees van der Westen, Wega, VBM, Expobar, Bezzera, BFC, Bianchi, Brasilia, D.I.D. L'Orchestrale, ECM, Fiorenzato, Grimac, Iberital, La Nuova Era, La Scala, Quality Espresso, Rocket, Royal First, SV - SAB, VFA, Bellezza, Lelit.' Also carries IMS's caveat verbatim: 'The most common products of each manufacturer are compatible as indicated, but there may be models that use different components which may not always fit some models of home espresso machines.'
