## Notes

La Marzocco's own tamper — the "Standard European Convex Tamper" included with
its Home machines. It is 58mm (La Marzocco's pages describe the Home portafilter
as taking "standard 58mm tampers"), but note the convex base: it is shaped to
match La Marzocco's baskets and differs from the flat base of most third-party
