**measured tier**: ECM's own page confirms the machine and its heated brew
group but prints no portafilter diameter, so the 58mm figure comes from IMS's
competition catalogue, which classifies ECM under "E61 & compatible groups"
and publishes its B70 baskets for the 58 / 58.4 mm tamper standard. As a 58mm
E61 machine it takes any standard 58mm basket — the VST and IMS B70 baskets
here fit. A firsthand ECM statement of "58mm" would lift it to
manufacturer-verified.
